1. Exchange & Refund

Q. Where can I return the product to?

A. The return address is:

Q. Can I exchange/return the delivered product?

A. We offer exchanges/refunds only with faulty/damaged products. In order to exchange/refund, check your order information on [MYPAGE ? ORDER] and request exchange/refund.

We will process your request according to the product/delivery status.

?We do not offer exchanges /refunds according to the customer’s change of mind. We pay the shipping fee in the case of returns of faulty/damaged products.


Q. I canceled my order, but how can I get a refund?

A. Payment with credit card: When the order is canceled, the credit card will request the card company to cancel the payment.

If the customer is charged before the cancellation, the credit card company will either automatically refund the payment to the customer's account in the next month, or deduct the previous payment from the existing charge.

As soon as the refund settles, the fund will be sent back to the customer’s bank account. The customer's bank may take 5-7 business days (except weekend/holidays) to deposit these funds. For more information about cancellation,

refund method, and the date of the refund, please contact with the credit card company.


2. Shipping and Delivery.

Q. How long does it take to ship?

A. shipping will take 1-2 weeks after payment is processed.


Q. How do I track my order?

A. You can track your order at [MYPAGE - ORDER], at the top of the website.

You can also check it even when you purchased as a guest. If the item has already been shipped, it can be tracked via the invoice number.

Q. What if the product is damaged during shipment?

A. If the item is damaged during shipment, keep the packing and internal items as delivered and please contact to our Customer Service Center (02-6397-3355).
